摘要
高职护理实训教学水平的高低直接影响着护理人才培养的质量,通过分析护理实训教学中存在的问题,采取有效的措施提高护理实训教学水平,为社会培养高质量的护理人才。
The level of nursing training teaching in higher vocational colleges directly affects the quality of nursing personnel training.Through analyzing the problems existing in nursing training teaching,effective measures are taken to improve the level of nursing training teaching,and to train high-quality nursing talents for the society.
