高年级本科教学课堂管理浅析

教学班管理在学校教育教学中具有重要的地位,它直接影响到教师的授课效果和学生的学习秩序,尤其是高年级本科教学课堂管理一直是管理的焦点和难点。为贯彻"以本为本"的教育精神,切实提升本科教育质量,论文针对高年级本科教学课堂中存在的复习考研书籍学生比例大、厌学情绪突出、到课率不高及课堂违纪的问题;剖析了考研求职、社会发展、心里困惑等因素对高年级学生课堂学习的影响;提出了加强纪律性、增强授课吸引度、针对性解决问题等应对策略。该研究内容是改进高年级本科教学管理模式的有益探索和重要举措。

In order to carry out the educational spirit of"undergraduate education as the fundamental"and effectively improve the quality of undergraduate education.This paper aims at the problems of students reviewing the books for postgraduate entrance examination,the boredom for learning,the lower attendance rate and the violation of discipline in the classroom.The impacts are analyzed of postgraduate entrance examination,job hunting,social development and mental confusion on classroom learning of senior students.Some countermeasures are put forward,such as strengthening discipline,enhancing teaching attraction,and solving problems pertinently.This study is a useful exploration and an important measure to improve the teaching management mode of senior undergraduates.
