“校企合作”背景下高职“订单班”的学生管理模式研究

Research on the Student Management Mode of"Order Class"in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of"School Enterprise Cooperation"

"校企合作"是我国高等职业教育推进教育改革的重要改革措施,在此人才培养模式下,高职院校中产生了各个不同专业的"订单班"。本文在分析此背景"订单班"学生管理现状基础下,发现学生管理存在的问题,并提出"四面一平台"的管理模式,以提高高职"订单班"学生管理效率。

"School enterprise cooperation"is an important reform measure to promote the education reform of Higher Vocational Education in China.Under this talent training mode,there are"order classes"of different majors in higher vocational colleges.Based on the analysis of the current situation of"order class"student management in this background,this paper finds out the existing problems of student management,and puts forward the management mode of"four sides and one platform"to improve the management efficiency of"order class"students in higher vocational colleges.
