Research progress on the influencing factors of non-invasive blood pressure and invasive blood pressure monitoring in critical patients

在临床治疗与护理中,危重患者的血压监测至关重要。本文就近年来危重患者临床应用的无创及有创血压监测的相关文献进行对比,分析其优势与不足,总结多种影响因素,尤其是针对危重患者在休克期、高血压因素、不同年龄段及围术期的无创血压及有创血压监测数值进行综述,为临床治疗与护理研究提供有效资料。

Blood pressure monitoring of critical patients is of great significance in clinical treatment and nursing.This article compares the relevant literature on the clinical applications of non-invasive and invasive blood pressure monitoring in critical patients in recent years and analyzes its advantages and shortcomings.The various influencing factors,especially for patients in shock phase,with hypertension,in different age groups,and in perioperative periods,are reviewed,aiming at providing effective data for further clinical treatment and nursing research.
