摘要
为提高设备环境适应性,本文针对地理环境对于机电设备通用零部件适应性的影响进行了研究。采用文献萃取法,整理以往设备适应性实验的研究成果,梳理不同地理气候要素对散热产品、发动机、电子设备、密封设备、液体物质、材料性能、机械系统以及蓄电池的定性或定量影响。结果表明:该方法有效提升了地理环境对机电设备影响的认知,对精准设计装备适应性的控制实验有较为重要的意义。
In order to improve the environmental adaptability of equipment,the impact of geographic environment on adaptability of general components of electromechanical equipment is studied.Based on the paper extraction method,this paper collects the research results of the previous equipment adaptability experiments,and sorts out the qualitative or quantitative effects of different geographic and climatic factors on heat dissipation products,engines,electronic equipment,sealing equipment,liquid substances,material properties,mechanical systems,and storage batteries.The results show that this method can effectively improve the cognition of the impact of the geographic environment on electromechanical equipment,and it has vital significance to accurately design the controlled experiment of equipment adaptability.
