摘要
当重合于永久性故障时,断路器要连续切断两次短路电流,这会降低断路器的寿命和开断能力。文中提出在配电线路重合前投入预充好电的电容器的自适应重合闸方案,通过判别电容放电电压电流的暂态特征,来区别故障是永久性故障还是瞬时性故障,永久性故障时闭锁重合闸,瞬时性故障开放重合闸。仿真分析了各种工况时方案的可行性。
When permanent fault occurs,reclosure will fail,and the circuit breaker must break short-current continuous twice,this condition will reduce the lifetime and breaking capacity of the circuit breaker.A scheme of adaptive auto-reclosure technique of distribution line is put forward to distinguish the permanent fault or the transient fault by distinguishing the transient characteristic of voltage and current of capacitor.When permanent fault occurs,it blocks reclosure,and when transient fault occurs,it opens reclosure.The feasibility of the scheme under different conditions is analyzed by the simulation.
