摘要
文章通过分析垃圾焚烧用炉排片烧损的原理,论述了某公司在改善炉排片材质、开发强制空冷和水冷炉排系统等方面为延长炉排片使用寿命、提高炉排片性能所进行的研究和探索,以及所取得的成果和不足之处,并就如何进一步提高炉排片的使用性能提出了建议。
Based on the analysis of the burning mechanism of grate for waste incineration,this paper discusses the research and Exploration on prolonging the service life of grate in the aspects of improving the material of grate,developing forced air cooling and water cooling grate system,as well as the achievements and shortcomings,and puts forward the author’s opinions on how to further improve the service performance of grate.
