摘要 炸药作为一种特殊的能源材料,具有非常广泛的应用,在经济建设中占有重要地位。炸药本身就属于非常危险的物品,在生产过程及运输和储存时,安全性一直是大家非常关注的问题。乳化炸药是在爆破现场进行临时混合后,将炸药直接放入孔内的技术,具有安全、高效等优点。针对现场爆破技术人员对混合乳化炸药技术在现场的应用效果认识不足的情况,提出了控制优化措施的基本概念和应用过程。文章通过分析乳化炸药在使用过程中经常出现的问题及现场混装技术的特点,展开了全方位地分析,针对问题提出了相应的解决方案。 As a special energy material,explosives play an irreplaceable role in the construction of national economy.At the same time,as explosive dangerous goods,explosive production,storage,transportation and use are more and more valued by the society.Emulsion explosive is a technology that puts explosive directly into the hole after temporary mixing at the blasting site,which has the advantages of safety and efficiency.In view of the lack of understanding of the application effect of mixed emulsion explosive technology in the field,the basic concept and application process of control optimization measures are put forward.The problems of the field mixing technology of emulsion explosive in practical application are analyzed,and the solution is put forward,which is hoped to be helpful to the development of the field mixed loading technology of emulsion explosive.
