摘要
文章分析了中海油惠州石化芳烃抽提联合装置凝结水系统换热网络存在的问题,并从能量梯级利用的角度出发,提出了装置凝结水系统换热网络优化改造方案。改造后装置凝结水闪蒸0.45 MPa蒸汽量可由0.78 t/h提升至10.13 t/h,凝结水空冷电机运行环境温度由120℃降低至100℃,即达到了降低装置能耗了目的,又解决了空冷电机运行故障率高的问题。同时对改造后项目产生的经济效益进行了评价,项目实施后每年可节省操作费用589.01万元,经济效益显著。
This paper analyzes the problems existing in the heat transfer network of condensate water system in CNOOC Huizhou Petrochemical Aromatic Hydrocarbon Extraction Unit.From the perspective of energy cascade utilization,this paper puts forward the device for the condensate system heat exchange network optimization.After the modification,the steam capacity of 0.45 MPa produced by the condensate water in the unit can be increased from 0.78 t/h to 10.13 t/h,and the operating ambient temperature of the condensate air-cooled motor can be reduced from 120℃to 100℃.It is to achieve the purpose of reducing the energy consumption of the device,and solve the problem of high failure rate of air cooled motor operation.At the same time,the economic benefit of the project after the reconstruction is evaluated.At the same time,the economic benefit of the reconstruction project is evaluated.After the implementation of the project,the operating cost can be saved 5.8901 million Yuan every year.The economic benefit of the project is remarkable.
