石油管道焊接质量的控制措施

Research on the Quality Control Measures of Petroleum Pipeline Welding

鉴于焊接对于石油管道高标准质量保证提升所具有的重要作用,需要在石油管道焊接质量控制层面上下足功夫、做足功课,重点做好人财物等多维度资源的统筹联动及融合匹配,通过这种方式发挥好石油能源对于经济社会运行发展的支持作用。文章在对石油管道焊接所涉及的主要工艺要点进行分析阐释的情况下,针对性适应性提出相关优化措施建议。

In view of the important role of welding for the improvement of high standard quality assurance of petroleum pipeline,we need to make full efforts and do enough work on the level of welding quality control of oil pipeline,and focus on the coordination,linkage and integration matching of multi-dimensional resources such as good people and property,and thus,it can play a good role in supporting the economic and social development of oil energy.In this paper,the main process points involved in the welding of petroleum pipeline are analyzed and explained,and the relevant optimization measures are put forward for adaptability.
