摘要
甲醇制烯烃工艺当中会产生较多的废水和油状污染物等,这些在生成过程中如无法有效解决,会导致各种设备的堵塞、效率低下以及装置无法有效进行清洁等情况。文章就此问题进行系统性的分析和探讨,通过改变催化剂的密度、控制颗粒度的大小等,保证催化剂水热反应稳定以及控制有机污染物的形成条件等都是解决此类问题的关键所在。
Methanol to olef in process will produce a lot of wastewater and oily pollutants,which cannot be effectively solved in the generation process,will lead to various equipment blockage,low efficiency and the device cannot be effectively cleaned.In this paper,the key to solve this problem is to change the density of the catalyst,control the particle size,ensure the stability of the hydrothermal reaction of the catalyst,and control the formation conditions of organic pollutants.
