摘要 选取单体为丙烯酸树脂,真溶剂为酮类溶剂,考虑到酮类溶剂容易吸水使涂料发白,加入防白水溶剂,而且混合溶剂具有协同效应,能使涂料使用时性能更加优异,但混合溶剂比例的不同涂料所表现性能也有所差异。文章中的研究方法是从一定比例的溶剂中测试其性能,制成一种耐盐雾性、耐高温的丙烯酸漆,其性能符合行业标准。 The monomer is acrylic resin,and the true solvent is ketone solvent.Considering that ketone solvent is easy to absorb water and make the coating white,the anti white water solvent is added,and the mixed solvent has synergistic effect,which can make the performance of the coating more excellent.However,the performance of the coating varies with the proportion of mixed solvent.The research method in this paper is to test its performance from a certain proportion of solvent to make an acrylic paint with salt spray resistance and high temperature resistance,and its performance meets the industry standard.
