降低火气探头测试风险的方法在渤海某油田的应用

摘要 火气探头是油田火气系统(FGS)的探测装置,其能否准确探测火情或气体泄漏具有重要作用,需定期进行可靠性测试。但在实际测试过程中,存在一定的安全风险,可能误触发油田火气关断系统,导致油田非计划关停,对油田产量造成损失。某油田通过作业前风险分析和优化作业程序,制定出一套完整、可靠的火气探头测试作业方法,有效降低了火气探头测试的安全风险。应用该方法,渤海某油田顺利完成全部580个火气探头的测试工作,提高了火气系统的安全性和可靠性。 The fire and gas probe is a detection device for the oil field fire and gas system(FGS).Whether it can accurately detect fire or gas leakage is of great significance and requires regular reliability testing.However,in the actual testing process,there are certain safety risks,which may accidentally trigger the oil field fire and gas shut-off system,resulting in unplanned shutdown of the oil field,and loss of oil field production.An oilfield developed a complete and reliable fire and gas probe testing method through pre-operation risk analysis and optimized operating procedures,which effectively reduced the safety risk of fire and gas probe testing.Using this method,a Bohai oilfield successfully completed the testing of all 580 fire and gas probes,which improved the safety and reliability of the fire and gas system.
