摘要 溢油污染事件模拟是海洋石油开发项目风险评价的重要组成部分。文章在风险识别的基础上,以某油田海底输油管道溢油为例,采用“油粒子”模型,模拟大潮期涨落潮不同风速条件下,原油泄漏油膜漂移轨迹,并评估了对周边环境保护目标的影响。根据预测的污染范围、油膜抵达环境保护目标时间提出风险防范措施,为企业制定风险应急预案和提高风险管理水平提供理论依据。 Oil spill pollution simulation is an important part of offshore oil development risk assessment.On the basis of risk identif ication,the leak of submarine oil pipeline is taken as an example in this paper.By oil particles model,the trajectory of oil film under spring tide and different wind speed conditions is simulated.According to the result of predicting,we evaluate the impact of crude oil spill to environmental protection objectives.We put forward risk prevention measures according to the oil spill range and arrival time at environmental protection objectives.The purpose of this paper is to provide a scientific basis for making risk emergency plans,and raising the level of the enterprises’risk management.
