摘要
加州大学年度问责报告是学校对公众的主动回应,其亮点主要体现在以学生发展为中心,动态关注学生各方面的发展情况,指标体系稳中有变,真实反映学校的优势与不足;学生来源多样化,促进社会阶层的向上流动;关注教师队伍建设,引导社会文明进步。借鉴加州大学发布的年度问责报告,应规范统一我国高校办学质量报告的结构和内容,健全指标评价体系;以学生发展为中心,进行多维度评价;建立校长负责制,借鉴企业第三方审计制度,确保数据的真实可靠。
The University of California's annual accountability report is its active response to the public.The outstanding features include its dynamic concern about the students development.Also the fine adjustment in its index system truly reflects the strengths and weaknesses of the university.Besides,the students come from diversified sources,promoting the upward mobility of social strata.And the university stresses the faculty construction,guiding the progress of social civilization.Absorbing the benefits of this report,we should standardize the structure and content of our university quality reports,improve the evaluation index system,implementing multi-dimensional evaluation centering on students'development,establish the school principal commitment system,and ensure the reliability of the evaluation data by referring to the third-party audit system of enterprises.
