摘要
目的探讨在普外科护理带教中使用微课联合PBL教学法的应用效果。方法选取在2019年1月—2020年1月期间来医院实习的护理实习生50名作为研究对象,以随机数字表法将护生分成实验组:护理实习生25名采用微课联合PBL教学法,对照组:25名护理实习生采用基础教学法。将两组护理实习生的教学成果进行考核后对比分析。结果带教后的实验组护理实习生的实践操作成绩、理论知识成绩以及自我评价评分显著高于对照组护理实习生,经对比两组之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在普外科护理带教中,使用微课结合PBL教学法的临床效果更好,是一种高效且灵活的教学模式。
Objective To explore the application effect of micro class combined with PBL in general surgery nursing teaching.Methods 50 nursing interns who practiced in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.The nursing interns were divided into two groups by random number table method.25 nursing interns in the experimental group were taught by micro class combined with PBL,and 25 nursing interns in the control group were taught by basic teaching method.The teaching results of two groups of nursing interns were compared and analyzed after assessment.Results The scores of practical operation,theoretical knowledge and self-evaluation of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups,and there was a clinical statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion It is an efficient and flexible teaching mode to use micro class combined with PBL in general surgery nursing teaching,which is worth popularizing and using in general surgery teaching.
