多元化教学模式在骨科临床教学中的应用观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的分析骨科临床教学过程中实施多元化教学模式效果。方法选择在医院进行临床实习的80例实习生为研究样本,其实习时间均在2019年2—8月之间。采取随机数字排列表法将其分成常规组(40例)以及实验组(40例),予以常规组实习生传统教学模式,予以实验组实习生多元化教学模式。对比每组实习生理论知识、实践技能以及满意度。结果实验组实习生理论知识以及实践技能得分均高于常规组(P<0.05);实验组与常规组实习生满意度依次是97.50%、80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨科临床教学过程中实施多元化教学模式可提升实习生理论知识以及实践技能,提高实习生满意度,发挥一定应用效果。 Objective To analyze the effect of diversified teaching mode in orthopedic clinical teaching.Methods A total of 80 interns in our hospital were selected as the research samples, and their internship time was from February 2019 to August 2019. They were divided into conventional group (40 cases) and experimental group (40 cases) by random number permutation table method. The theoretical knowledge, practical skills and satisfaction of each group of interns were compared. Results The scores of theoretical knowledge and practical skills of the experimental group were higher than those of the conventional group (P < 0.05);the satisfaction of the experimental group and the conventional group was 97.50% and 80.00%, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of diversified teaching mode in the process of orthopedic clinical teaching can improve the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of interns, improve the satisfaction of interns, and play a certain application effect.
