摘要
目的评价在护理部临床护理带教过程中使用目标管理教学法的临床价值。方法此研究的新入职护士选取时间为2018年1月—2020年1月,随机取18例,根据带教模式分为2组,对照组采用常规带教(n=9),观察组使用目标管理教学法(n=9),通过教学前后新入职护士知识和技能掌握情况判断带教成效。结果教学前两组新入职护士知识水平分数和技能掌握情况评价的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),教学完成后,使用目标管理教学法的观察组新入职护士知识技能评分和技能掌握情况评价均显著高于采取常规带教的对照组(P<0.05);观察组新入职护士对本次教学更满意(P<0.05)。结论在护理部护理带教过程中使用目标管理教学法进行带教可帮助新入职护士提高知识水平和技能实践能力,新入职护士满意度更高。
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of objective management teaching method in clinical nursing teaching of gynecology and obstetrics.Methods 18 nursing students in this study were randomly selected from January 2018 to January 2020.According to the teaching mode,they were divided into two groups.The control group used conventional teaching(n=9).The observation group used goal management teaching(n=9).The effect of teaching was judged by the knowledge and skills of nursing students before and after teaching.Results There was no difference between the two groups before the teaching(P>0.05).After the teaching,the scores of knowledge and skills in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group was more satisfied with the teaching(P<0.05).Conclusion Objective management teaching method can help nursing students improve their knowledge level and practical ability,and their satisfaction is higher.
