情景模拟带教在感染性疾病科护理带教中的效果 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨感染性疾病科护理带教中情景模拟带教及施行效果。方法选取学校2019级感染性疾病科护理专业的60名实习的学生进行感染性疾病科护理带教,按照不同感染性疾病科护理带教方法分为两组,传统方法带教组(n=30)采取常规教学法,情景模拟教学模式组(n=30)采取情景模拟带教施行感染性疾病科护理带教,比较两组实习的学生护理理论以及护理技能考核评分护理技能考核评分。结果情景模拟教学模式组护理理论以及护理技能考核评分高于传统方法带教组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用情景模拟带教进行感染性疾病科护理带教可取得较好效果,也有利于提高实习的学生的理论以及操作技能,是一种较好的带教的方法。 Objective To explore the situation simulation teaching and its effect in the nursing teaching of infectious diseases department.Methods 60 nursing students of infectious diseases department in 2019 were selected to teach the nursing of infectious diseases department.According to the different teaching methods,they were divided into two groups.The routine teaching group(n=30)adopted the routine teaching method,and the scenario simulation teaching group(n=30)adopted the scenario simulation teaching method to teach the nursing of infectious diseases department.The nursing theories and nursing of the two groups were compared Nursing skill assessment score.Results The scores of nursing theory and nursing skills in the situation simulation group were significantly higher than those in the routine teaching group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of situational simulation teaching in infectious diseases department can achieve better results,and it is also conducive to improve the theory and operation skills of nursing students.It is a better teaching method,which is worth promoting.
