Effect of Pre-hospital Protective Measures on AIDS to Reduce Occupational Exposure

目的探究分析艾滋病患者的急救防护措施及减少职业暴露的效果。方法选取2017年8月—2019年8月期间院前急救转诊的100例危重艾滋病患者作为观察对象,同时,选取本院的22位医护人员对患者进行院前防护,通过随机数表法将所有患者/医护人员分为对照组和试验组,每组危重艾滋病患者50例、医护人员11位。对照组患者/医护人员给予常规的急救护理,试验组患者/医护人员在此基础上增加急救防护措施,对比两组医护人员职业暴露的发生率。结果试验组医护人员通过应用急救防护措施,职业暴露的发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论临床加强艾滋病的急救防护措施安全指导具有重要的现实意义,对于规范化艾滋病患者的隔离管理,保障护理质量安全,降低职业暴露风险具有一定的临床推广价值。

Objective To explore and analyze the emergency protection measures and the effect of reducing occupational exposure for AIDS patients.Methods 100 cases of critically AIDS patients admitted to our emergency department from August 2017 to August 2019 were selected as observation objects, at the same time, 22 medical staff of our hospital were selected for pre-hospital protection of patients, and all patients/medical staff were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method, with 50 patients in critical AIDS and 11 medical staff in each group, 11. Patients/medical staff in the control group were given routine emergency care, and patients/medical staff in the experimental group were given additional emergency protection measures on this basis. The incidence of occupational exposure of medical staff in the two groups was compared. Results The incidence of occupational exposure in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group by applying emergency protection measures, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion It is of great practical significance to strengthen the safety guidance of AIDS emergency protection measures in clinical practice. It has certain clinical promotion value for standardizing the isolation management of AIDS patients, ensuring the quality of nursing care, and reducing the risk of occupational exposure.
