宫底按压助产法在产房助产中的应用价值

Application Value of Palace Floor Press Midwifery in Delivery Room Midwifery

目的研究宫底按压助产法在产妇助产过程中的应用价值。方法选取在2018年4月—2019年4月间在医院妇产科待产的120例产妇作为研究的被选取对象,并将所有产妇分为对照组与观察组两组。对照组采用常规分娩方法,观察组则应用宫底按压助产法,比较两组产妇的自然分娩率、第二产程分娩时间、母婴结局和产妇满意度。结果研究中的各项观察指标数据经统计学软件验证并比较发现,观察组产妇的满意度、自然分娩率和母婴结局均优于对照组(P<0.05);且观察组产妇的第二产程分娩时间也短于对照组,P<0.05。结论在产妇助产过程中应用宫底按压助产法,能够有效的改善母婴结局,应用效果显著。

Objective To study the application value of fundus compression in midwifery.Methods A total of 120 pregnant women who were waiting to give birth in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study,and all the pregnant women were divided into control group and two groups.In the control group,conventional delivery method was used,while in the observation group,the natural delivery rate,second stage delivery time,maternal and infant outcome and maternal satisfaction were compared.Results The data of each observation index in this study were verified by statistical software and compared.It was found that the satisfaction,natural delivery rate and maternal and infant outcome of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the second delivery time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of midwifery,the method of pressing the bottom of uterus can effectively improve the outcome of mother and infant,and the effect is significant.
