米索前列醇联合缩宫素预防产后出血的疗效

Efficacy of Misoprostol Combined With Oxytocin in the Prevention of Postpartum Hemorrhage

目的浅析米索前列醇塞肛联合缩宫素预防顺产产妇产后出血(PPH)的临床疗效观察。方法按照用药方法不同医院于2019年1—12月间收治的132例顺产产妇划分为观察组与对照组各66例,比较两组第三产程、产后2 h、24 h出血量、不良反应率、产后出血率、满意度。结果观察组第三产程短于对照组,观察组产后2 h、产后24 h出血量均低于对照组,P<0.05;观察组产妇不良反应发生率3.03%、产后出血率4.55%,低于对照组12.12%、15.15%,P<0.05;观察组产妇满意度96.97%,高于对照组77.27%,P<0.05。结论米索前列醇塞肛联合缩宫素可积极预防顺产产妇发生产后出血,且用药安全性高,提高患者对临床服务满意度。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of butt plug with misoprostol plus oxytocin on prevention of postpartum hemorrhage(PPH).Methods 132 puerpera of undergoing spontaneous delivery from January to December 2019 in our hospital were divided into observation group(66 cases)and control group(66 cases)according to different medication methods.Third labor stage,2 h and 24 h postpartum bleeding volume,adverse reactions,postpartum bleeding rate and clinical satisfaction were compared.Results Third labor stage in the observation group was shorter than control group;2 h and 24 h postpartum bleeding volume were smaller than control group(P<0.05);adverse event rate and postpartum bleeding rate in the observation group(3.03%vs.4.55%)were lower than control group(12.12%vs.15.15%)(P<0.05);treatment satisfaction in the observation group(96.97%)was higher than control group(77.27%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The butt plug with misoprostol plus oxytocin plays an active role in the prevention of PPH,and increases the clinical safety and satisfaction.
