低分子肝素钙治疗小儿过敏性紫癜性肾炎的效果

Effect of Low Molecular Weight Heparin Calcium on Children With Henoch-schonlein Purpura Nephritis

目的探讨小儿过敏性紫癜性肾炎采用低分子肝素钙治疗的临床效果。方法选择2016年11月—2020年11月医院收治的40例小儿过敏性紫癜性肾炎患儿,按照随机化原则分成两组,对照组(n=20)采取常规治疗,试验组(n=20)在常规治疗基础上采用低分子肝素钙治疗。比较两组治疗效果、实验室检查指标。结果试验组总有效率100%高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后试验组尿红细胞计数(123.66±10.23)个/HP、24 h尿蛋白(6.01±3.50)mg/kg低于对照组(149.77±12.34)个/HP、(11.53±6.12)mg/kg,差异有统计学意义(t=7.285,P<0.05;t=3.502,P<0.05)。结论低分子肝素钙应用在小儿过敏性紫癜性肾炎治疗中效果确切。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of low molecular heparin calcium in the treatment of children with allergic purpura nephritis.Methods A total of 40 children with allergic purpura nephritis admitted to our hospital from November 2016 to November 2020 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=20)received conventional treatment,while the experimental group(n=20)received low-molecular heparin calcium treatment on the basis of conventional treatment.The therapeutic effect and laboratory examination indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was 100%higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the urine RBC count in the test group(123.66±10.23)/HP and urine protein(6.01±3.50)mg/kg at 24 h were lower than that in the control group(149.77±12.34)/HP and(11.53±6.12)mg/kg,with statistically significant differences(t=7.285,P<0.05;t=3.502,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of low molecular weight heparin calcium in the treatment of children with allergic purpura nephritis is effective and has high clinical value.
