Clinical Effect of Anti-epileptic Drugs in Epileptic Women During Pregnancy

目的评析对癫痫妇女在妊娠期间发生癫痫采用抗癫痫药物的临床用药安全性评价。方法此研究参加调查的癫痫妇女就诊时间为2018年1月—2020年1月,随机取122例,对照组(n=61)用药不规律,观察组(n=61)规律服用抗癫痫药物,评价患者癫痫发作情况及胎儿围产结局。结果规律服用抗癫痫药物可显著降低患者癫痫发作频率(P<0.05);对两组产妇围产结局进行比较,两组产妇围产结局的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),表明抗癫痫药物具有较高的安全性,并不会对胎儿健康造成显著影响。结论癫痫妇女在妊娠期发作时可考虑使用抗癫痫药物进行治疗,合理用药可降低癫痫发作次数,且具有较高的用药安全性,不会对胎儿造成严重影响。

Objective To evaluate the safety of antiepileptic drugs for epileptic women during pregnancy.Methods 122 epileptic women in this study were randomly selected from January 2018 to January 2020.The control group(n=61)took irregular drugs,the observation group(n=61)took regular antiepileptic drugs,and evaluated the epileptic attack and perinatal outcome of the patients.Results Regular use of antiepileptic drugs can significantly reduce the frequency of seizures(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the perinatal outcome between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that antiepileptic drugs have high safety and will not have a significant impact on fetal health.Conclusion The use of antiepileptic drugs can be considered in the treatment of epileptic women during pregnancy.Rational use of drugs can reduce the number of epileptic seizures,and has a high safety of drug use,and will not cause serious impact on the fetus.
