孟鲁司特钠治疗气道高反应性疾病的疗效

The Efficacy of Montelukast Sodium in Treating Airway Hyperresponsive Diseases

目的对支气管哮喘气道高反应性患者采用孟鲁司特钠治疗的效果进行探究。方法选择2019年1—12月期间医院收治的支气管哮喘气道高反应性患者纳入研究,样本共计有110例,按照随机数字表法为依据将其划分为常规组(n=55)和治疗组(n=55)。采用布地奈德对常规组予以治疗,在此基础上,联合应用孟鲁司特钠对治疗组予以治疗。对两组的治疗效果、气道高反应性指标以及不良反应进行观察和比较。结果常规组总有效率为81.8%,治疗组总有效率为96.3%,治疗组的总有效率与常规组比较明显更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的气道高反应性指标与常规组比较明显更优,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);常规组不良反应率为7.3%,治疗组不良反应率为9.1%,常规组与治疗组在不良反应率方面相比差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对支气管哮喘气道高反应性患者采用孟鲁司特钠治疗可以获得比较突出的效果,这一方法能够明显优化其气道高反应性指标。

Objective To explore the effect of montelukast sodium treatment in patients with bronchial asthma and airway hyperresponsiveness.Methods 110 patients with bronchial asthma and airway hyperresponsiveness admitted to the hospital from January to December 2019 were included in the study.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the conventional group(n=55)and the treatment group(n=55).The conventional group was treated with budesonide,and the treatment group was treated with montelukast sodium.The therapeutic effect,airway hyperresponsiveness index and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate of the conventional group was 81.8%,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.3%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group.The comparison result was tested(P<0.05);the airway response of the treatment group was high The sex index was significantly better than the conventional group,and the comparison results were tested(P<0.05);the adverse reaction rate of the conventional group was 7.3%,the adverse reaction rate of the treatment group was 9.1%,and the conventional group was compared with the treatment group in terms of adverse reaction rate The difference is not significant and has been tested(P>0.05).Conclusion Montelukast sodium can be used to treat patients with bronchial asthma and airway hyperresponsiveness.This method can significantly optimize the indicators of airway hyperresponsiveness.
