阿托伐他汀调脂对冠心病代谢综合征的疗效

Effect of Atorvastatin on Metabolic Syndrome of Coronary Heart Disease

目的探究阿托伐他汀调脂治疗对冠心病合并代谢综合征的治疗效果。方法选取2019年1月—2020年1月期间医院收治的冠心病伴有代谢综合征的患者,共计68例,通过计算机技术进行随机分组,每组各纳入34例患者。对照组患者采取单一药物常规治疗,研究组在常规药物治疗的基础上联合阿托伐他汀调脂治疗,对两组患者的血脂水平以及治疗有效率进行比较。结果研究组TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C指标以及左心射血分数改善情况均优于对照组,临床疗效高于对照组,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对冠心病合并代谢综合征患者采用阿托伐他汀调脂治疗可改善其临床症状,对提升治疗有效率有着重要的价值。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of atorvastatin lipid regulation on coronary heart disease with metabolic syndrome.Methods A total of 68 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with metabolic syndrome who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected.Patients in the control group received routine treatment with a single drug,while those in the research group were treated with atorvastatin and lipid-regulating therapy on the basis of conventional drug treatment.Results TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C and left heart ejection fraction of the study group were better than the control group,the clinical effect was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin lipid-regulating therapy can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with metabolic syndrome and is of great value in improving the effective rate.
