颈椎牵引结合针灸推拿及运动训练综合治疗神经根型颈椎病的观察

Observation on Cervical Traction Combined With Acupuncture and Massage and Exercise Training in the Treatment of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

目的分析颈椎牵引、针灸推拿及运动训练综合治疗神经根型颈椎病(CSR)。方法:选择2019年2月—2020年2月于医院进行治疗的神经根型颈椎病患者88例,采用随机数字表法将其分成观察组及对照组,各44例。给对照组患者行针灸推拿疗法,观察组患者行颈椎牵引、运动训练和针灸推拿综合疗法。对比两组患者治疗效果、治疗前后的肌力和疼痛评分、生活质量(心理和躯体健康)评分。结果观察组治疗有效率为95.45%,对照组77.27%,观察组数据优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P <0.05;经治疗,观察组肌力评分及疼痛评分优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P <0.05;观察组心理健康评分及躯体健康评分优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P <0.05。结论对神经根型颈椎病患者采用颈椎牵引、运动训练和针灸推拿综合疗法,可有效改善患者生活质量,缓解患者疼痛,效果显著。

Objective To analyze the comprehensive treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR)with cervical traction,acupuncture and massage and exercise training.Methods 88 cases of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were selected and treated in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020.They were divided into observation group and control group,44 cases in each group.The patients in the observation group were treated with cervical traction,exercise training and comprehensive acupuncture and massage therapy.The therapeutic effect,muscle strength and pain score,quality of life(mental and physical health)score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.45%and 77.27%in the control group,and the data in the observation group was better than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05);after treatment,the scores of muscle strength and pain in the observation group were better than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05);the scores of mental health and physical health in the observation group were better than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion the comprehensive therapy of cervical traction,exercise training and acupuncture and massage can effectively improve the quality of life and relieve the pain of patients.
