细节护理在手术室中的应用研究

Applied Study of Detailed Nursing Interventions in the Operation Room

目的细节护理在确保手术室护理安全中的应用效果研究。方法纳入医院手术室于2019年1—12月间收治的108例患者作研究样本,按照时间先后顺序将其划分为观察组与对照组各54例,比较两组患者对手术室护理服务质量安全评分、风险事件发生率。结果观察组患者对消毒隔离评分(23.52±0.42)分、设备仪器管理评分(22.16±0.85)分、护理安全评分(23.08±0.27)分、护理配合评分(23.76±0.29)分,均高于对照组(19.41±1.03)分、(18.16±1.13)分、(17.55±1.42)分、(18.77±1.08)分,P<0.05。观察组患者风险事件发生率7.41%,低于对照组22.22%,P<0.05。结论手术室应用手术室细节护理模式可提高手术室护理服务质量,降低风险事件发生率。

Objective To study the application effect of detailed nursing interventions in the operation room.Methods 108 patients(January to December 2019)were chosen as research samples.According to registration number,patients were divided into observation group and control group,54 cases in each group.Nursing service quality and incidence rate of nursing risk events were compared.Results The disinfection and isolation score(23.52±0.42),equipment management score(22.16±0.85),nursing safety score(23.08±0.27)and nursing cooperation score(23.76±0.29)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(19.41±1.03),(18.16±1.13),(17.55±1.42),(18.77±1.08),P<0.05.Risk events occurred in the observation group 7.41%,lower than 22.22%of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The detailed nursing interventions can improve the nursing quality and reduce the incidence rate of nursing risk events.
