摘要
信息化建设是一个系统性工程,特别是在制药行业,更是需要考虑法规、质量与效率等诸多方面因素,因此信息化建设的步伐相比其他行业要缓慢很多。但面对国际形势和国家政策对制药行业成本和质量要求的快速提升,信息化建设是每个制药企业亟待进行的一项重要的工作。基于西门子WinCC系统进行深度二次开发,通过WebUX和用户归档功能,设计了一套B/S架构的制药生产信息化系统,实现了生产计划、生产过程、设备与仪表数据、设备与备件管理的数字化、可视化以及统计分析,最终将数据与BI系统对接进行可视化的生产全过程信息化管理,是一种高效率、低风险、低成本的信息化系统设计方案,达到了制药生产过程透明化、可视化、数字化的目的,有效地提高了对制药生产过程的管理效率和科学性。
Information construction is a systematic project,especially in the pharmaceutical industry,it needs to consider many factors such as laws and regulations,to balance quality and efficiency,so the pace of information construction is much slower than other industries.However,facing the international situation and the rapid improvement of national policy on the cost and quality requirements of the pharmaceutical industry,information construction is an important task for every pharmaceutical company.Based on Siemens WinCC system for in-depth secondary development,through WebUX and user archiving function,this paper designs a set of B/S architecture pharmaceutical production information system,which realizes the digitization,visualization and statistical analysis of production plan,production process,equipment and instrument data,equipment and spare parts management,It is a high efficiency,low risk and low-cost information system design scheme to connect the data with BI system for visual information management of the whole production process,which achieves the goal of transparency,visualization and digitization of pharmaceutical production process,and effectively improves the management efficiency and scientific of pharmaceutical production process.
