摘要
根据工信部推进钢铁行业两化融合的具体要求,针对智能化连铸生产线的建设需要,应用数字化技术、网络技术、物联网技术、智能机器人、大数据等先进技术,从生产线数字化、集中管控、铸坯质量控制等方面进行了研究和探索。提升连铸机的智能化水平,有助于降低生产工人劳动强度,提升产品质量,对于钢铁企业实施连铸生产线智能化建设提供了参考。
According to the specific requirements of ″two-oriented integration″ of iron and steel industry,deep integration of informationization and industrialization witch promoted by MIIT.In accordance with the need of the construction of intelligent continuous casting production line,application of digital technology,network technology,Internet technology,intelligent robots,advanced technology such as large data.From the digital and centralized control production line and slab quality control is studied and explore.Promote the intelligent level of continuous casting machine,help to reduce production workers labor intensity and improve the quality of the product.For the iron and steel enterprise implementation of continuous casting production line of intelligent construction provides the reference.
