东北地区土地利用冲突演变及其利益相关者矛盾组合关系识别研究——以沈阳市为例

Evolution of land use conflicts and their stakeholders’contradiction and combination relationship in Northeast China

识别土地利用冲突利益相关者矛盾的组合关系,为深入揭示土地利用冲突利益相关者演化博弈提供理论基础。本文运用GIS空间分析、问卷调查法、FsQCA定性分析法分别揭示2000-2019年土地利用类型间的竞争以及土地利用冲突利益相关者矛盾的组合关系,结果表明:1)2000-2019年土地利用竞争剧烈,耕地和建设用地变化最为频繁,在空间上,土地利用冲突主要集中在研究区北部、南部、西部的城郊区域。2)土地利用冲突利益相关者矛盾组合有3组:中央政府、地方政府与城郊农民,地方政府与城市居民,地方政府与开发商;地方政府是影响土地利用冲突利益相关者利益矛盾的核心变量。3)土地利用类型竞争是土地利用冲突的表象,其深层原因是利益相关者之间的矛盾。

The purposes of this paper were to identify the combination of the conflicts among the stakeholders in land use conflicts and provide a theoretical basis for the evolutionary game of the stakeholders in land use conflicts.GIS spatial analysis,questionnaire survey and FsQCA qualitative analysis were used to reveal land use types competition from 2000 to 2019 and the combination of stakeholders in land use conflicts.The results showed that:1)From 2000 to 2019,land use competition was acute,and farmland and construction land changed most frequently.In space,land use conflicts were mainly concentrated in the suburbs of the northern,southern and western areas of the city.2)There were three groups of conflicts among stakeholders in land use conflicts:central government,local government and suburban farmers,local government and urban residents,local government and developers;local government was the core variable affecting the conflicts of interests of stakeholders in land use conflicts.3)The competitions of land use types were the appearance of land use conflicts,and the deep reasons were the contradiction of stakeholders.
