石漠化地区玫瑰园土壤螨类群落结构及其与环境因子的相关性 被引量:1

Community structure of soil mites and relationships with environmental factors in rose garden in rocky desertification area

摘要 为了解石漠化地区玫瑰种植下土壤螨类群落结构及生态环境状况,2019年7月、10月和2020年1月对该区原生林和玫瑰林的土壤螨类进行了调查。结果显示:在该区共捕获土壤螨类4545只,隶属于3目56科88属,优势类群为胭螨属(Rhodacarus)。原生林拥有较高的类群科数和属数,玫瑰林拥有较高的个体数量和个体密度。在多样性指数、丰富度指数和均匀性指数上原生林>玫瑰林,优势度指数上玫瑰林>原生林。螨类属数、多样性指数分别与土壤含水量和pH值具有显著相关性(P<0.05),丰富度指数分别与土壤含水量和pH值具有极显著相关性(P<0.01)。可见,该区土壤螨类较为丰富,玫瑰种植早期土壤螨类群落的恢复表现为个体数量和多样性增加,石漠化生态环境仍处于初期恢复阶段。土壤含水量和pH值对土壤螨类有显著影响,土壤螨类与环境因子的关系具有复杂性,其内在关系还有待深入研究。 In order to understand the community structure characteristics and ecological environment of soil mites under rose planting in rocky desertification area,the soil mites of primary forest and rose forest were investigated in July and October,2019 and January,2020.The results showed that:A total of 4545 soil mites were captured,belonging to 3 orders,56 families,88 genera.Among them,Rhodacarus are the dominant groups.The primary forest has a higher number of families and genera,and the rose forest has a higher individual numbers and individual density.In terms of diversity index,richness index and uniformity index,primary forest>rose forest,and dominance index is rose forest>primary forest.Mites genera and diversity index have significant correlations with the soil water content and pH value(P<0.05),and the richness index has very significant correlation with soil water content and pH value(P<0.01).It can be seen that soil mites are abundant in this area.The restoration of the soil mites community in the early stage of rose planting is manifested by the increase in the individual number and diversity of mites,and the rocky desertification ecological environment is still in the initial stage of restoration.Soil water content and pH have significant impacts on soil mites.The relationship between soil mites and environmental factors is complicated,and its internal relationship needs to be studied in depth.
