宁东煤田矿井水资源及其利用现状分析

The mine water resources and its utilization status in Ningdong coalfield

针对宁夏水资源供需矛盾突出、矿井水利用率低等问题,采用实地调研的数据资料,综合分析评价了宁东煤田矿井水资源及其利用现状。结果表明:宁东煤田2015年~2018年平均吨煤涌水量为0.82m^(3)/t,平均矿井水自用率和利用率分别为12.75%和26.61%,约70%矿井水外排。现状预处理能力较大,深度处理能力不足,缺乏区域性矿井水利用配置和调度规划。建议鼓励企业自建深度处理设施,完善矿井水收集和回用管线,增加集中处理回用规模,制定补偿机制等实质性扶持政策,提高宁东煤田矿井水利用率,推进宁夏矿井水综合利用。

In view of the prominent contradiction between supply and demand of water resources and the low utilization rate of mine water in Ningxia,the mine water resources and its utilization status in Ningdong coalfield were analyzed by using the field investigation data.The results show that:the average water inflow per ton coal mining in 2015-2018 was 0.82 m^(3)/t,the average self-use rate and utilization rate of mine water were 12.75% and 26.61%,respectively,and about 70% of mine water was discharged.The pretreatment capacity was ample but the deep treatment capacity was not enough,and the regional mine water use allocation and scheduling planning was lack.In order to promote the comprehensive utilization of mine water in Ningdong coalfield and Ningxia,enterprises should be encouraged to build their own advanced treatment facilities,collection and reuse pipelines should be improved,and concentrated treatment scale also should be increased,compensation mechanism and other substantive support policies should be formulated,as well.
