摘要
提出一种基于噪声传递函数(NTF)的齿轮噪声快速计算方法,仅需要提取1次箱体的NTF,就可以实现不同工况下辐射噪声的快速计算。以柔性支承齿轮系统为例,首先建立了齿轮-箱体-基础耦合系统阻抗模型,用以计算箱体激励;然后建立箱体的声振耦合边界元模型,提取箱体的NTF;最后通过激励和NTF确定箱体辐射噪声,并与其他方法进行了对比。结果表明,提出的方法在保证计算精度的前提下可以提高多工况噪声计算效率。
A fast calculation method of gear noise based on noise transfer function(NTF) was proposed,which can realize the fast calculation of radiated noise under different working conditions only by extracting NTF of box once. Taking the flexible supporting gear system as an example, firstly, the impedance model of the gear-box-foundation coupling system was established to calculate the box excitation;Then, the acoustic vibration coupling boundary element model of the box was established,and the NTF of the box was extracted;Finally, the radiated noise was determined by excitation and NTF, and compared with other methods. The results show that the proposed method can improve the efficiency of noise calculation under multiple working conditions on the premise of ensuring the calculation accuracy.
