摘要
针对现有喷雾降尘系统的有效作用距离已不能实现超大采高综采工作面纵向截面的全覆盖,从而导致采煤机所在的工作面底部区域位置跑尘、漏尘严重,并致使回风顺槽残余粉尘量增加的问题,通过对回风顺槽捕尘网进行喷雾数量加密、采用风水混合负压喷雾、改进行走机构,并使用水雾除尘器辅助增强降尘能力,在上湾矿8.8 m超大采高综采工作面回风顺槽显著提高了降尘效果,对超大采高综采工作面的粉尘防治具有较好的借鉴意义。
In view of the problems that the effective working distance of the existing spray dust suppression system cannot realize the full coverage of the longitudinal section of the ultra-high mining height fully mechanized working face, which would lead to serious dust floatation and leakage at the bottom area of the working face where the shearer is located, and increase the residual dust amount in the return airway, through the encryption of the spray number of the dust-catching net in the return airway, the use of air-water mixed negative pressure spray, the improvement of the walking mechanism,and the use of water mist dust collector to enhance the dust suppression ability, the dust suppression effect was significantly improved in the return airway of the 8.8 m ultra-high mining height fully mechanized working face in Shangwan coal mine, which had a good reference significance for the dust prevention and control of the ultra-high mining height fully mechanized working face.
