摘要
针对采煤机摇臂壳体断裂问题,分析了国内外采煤机摇臂壳体材料的化学成分、硬度、金相组织和力学性能,提出了材料中增加Mn元素和淬火+高温回火的调质热处理工艺两方面的改进措施。工业性试验表明,应用新技术的电牵引采煤机的摇臂壳体的硬度和屈服强度等性能指标达到进口采煤机性能,综合性能良好。研究成果可为大功率电牵引采煤机的研发奠定基础。
Aiming at the fracture problem of shearer rocker arm shell, analyzed the domestic and foreign shearer rocker arm shell material chemical composition, hardness, microstructure and mechanics performance,proposed two aspect improvement measures of adding Mn element in the material and quenches + high tempering quenching and tempering heat treatment process. The industrial test show that applies new technology, the electric haulage shearer rocker arm shell performance of hardness and yield strength achieve the imported performance index,comprehensive performance is good. The research results can lay a foundation for the research and development of high-power electric haulage shearer.
