摘要
以ZLJ1200L型煤矿用履带式坑道钻机为研究对象,为了对钻机钻孔机构进行有效监测,设计了基于MCGS的钻机钻孔监测系统。通过仿真实验,证明了该系统在钻孔监测中满足期望要求,实现了对钻孔作业的精准监测,从而保证钻机能够安全、平稳、可靠的工作。
Taking ZLJ1200 L crawler tunnel drilling rig for coal mine as the research object, in order to effectively monitor the drilling mechanism of drilling rig, drilling monitoring system based on MCGS was designed. Through the simulation experiment, proved the system meets expected requirements of drilling monitoring, realizes accurate monitoring of drilling operations, so as to ensure the safe, smooth and efficient operation of the drilling rig.
