摘要
目前国内煤矿井下锚杆支护的工作强度较大、支护效率低、人员安全性差,为此提出一种自动化程度更高的锚杆钻车钻锚工作系统。根据实现自动化钻锚工作的具体要求,使用S7-200 SMART PLC对钻锚工作的控制系统进行设计,使用MCGS组态软件对控制系统进行组态仿真,使钻车具有自动钻孔、填装锚固剂、锚杆装卸、锁紧锚杆的功能。
At present, the work intensity of bolt support in domestic coal mine is high, the support efficiency is low, and the safety of personnel is poor. Therefore, a higher degree of automation bolt drilling system of bolt drill truck was proposed. According to the specific requirements of automatic drilling and anchoring, S7-200 SMART PLC was used to design the control system of drilling and anchoring work, and MCGS configuration software was used to configuration simulate the control system, so that the drill truck has the functions of automatic drilling, filling anchorage agent, loading and unloading anchor rod, and locking anchor rod.
