摘要 防爆无轨胶轮车是我国煤矿运输的主要辅助运输设备,因其使用环境的高危性,所以安装安全监测装置十分必要。通过对目前我国现有安全监测装置进行综合分析,根据相关行业标准中自动保护数据要求,提出一种矿用胶轮车安全监测装置控制模式及信号处理方法,使信号采集单一化、信号分析模块化,同时利用有效算法处理采集数据,有效降低总线占用率,提高系统稳定性。配合无线传输模块及专家系统,解决了目前安全监测装置的数据采集松散及数据分析简易的问题。 Explosion proof trackless rubber tyred vehicle is the main auxiliary transportation equipment of coal mine transportation in China. Because of its high risk of using environment, it is necessary to install safety monitoring device. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the existing safety monitoring devices in China, according to the requirements of automatic protection data in relevant industry standards, a control mode and signal processing method of the safety monitoring device of underground mine rubber tyred vehicle was proposed, which makes signal acquisition single and signal analysis modular. At the same time, effective algorithm was used to process the collected data, which can effectively reduce the bus occupancy rate and improve the system stability qualitative. With the wireless transmission module and expert system, the problem of loose data acquisition and simple data analysis was solved.
