摘要 为了研究垂直螺旋输送机上核心部件螺旋叶片的严重磨粒磨损问题,基于离散元法采用Archard磨损模型对螺旋叶片在不同工况下的磨损进行仿真研究。结果表明,螺旋叶片的转速对螺旋叶片的磨损影响十分明显,且磨损增长趋势随着转速的提高而增大;随着填充率的增大,螺旋叶片的磨损量同样增加,但磨损量的增长趋势不大。不同工况下的磨损分析可以为垂直螺旋输送机的设计、生产提供数据参考。 In order to study the serious abrasive wear problem of the spiral blade of the core component of the vertical screw conveyor, using Archard wear model to simulate and study the wear of the spiral blade under different working conditions based on the discrete element method. The results show that the speed of the spiral blade has a significant effect on the wear of the spiral blade, and the wear growth trend becomes higher with the increase of the speed. With the increase of the filling rate, the wear amount of the spiral blade also increases, but the amount of wear increases is not big. Wear analysis under different working conditions can provide data reference for the design and production of vertical screw conveyor.
