摘要
简要介绍了矿用带式输送机相关行业标准规定的七大保护功能,针对变频调速和PLC控制技术已广泛在煤炭行业应用的事实,分析了带式输送机重载启动、张紧保护、功率平衡、刹车控制和超正功保护等涉及带式输送机安全性和可靠性的多种重要控制保护功能的必要性并给出实现方法,最后介绍了保护功能的可靠性设计。
Briefly introduced the seven protection functions stipulated by the relevant industry standards of mining belt conveyors, in view of the fact that frequency conversion speed regulation and PLC control technology have been widely used in the coal industry, the heavy-load start, tension protection, power balance, brake control and over-positive power protection are necessary for various important control and protection functions related to belt conveyor safety and reliability, and implementation methods are given. Finally, the reliability design of the protection function is introduced.
