摘要
矿用起重机在井下设备的运输和安装中起到了重要的作用,过大的运行摆角会严重影响井下作业安全。为保证矿用起重机在作业过程中的安全性,建立了矿用起重机吊重摆动数学模型,并从实际运行工况出发,采用正交试验法对矿用起重机进行了俯仰角速度、回转角速度、吊重绳长3因素3水平的运行工况优化设计,从而确定了最优参数组合。在ADAMS虚拟样机平台确定了最优参数组合的准确性,可对实际应用提供一定的指导作用。
Mine crane play an important role in the transportation and installation of underground equipment. Excessive operating swing angle will seriously affect the safety of underground operation. In order to ensure the safety of mine crane in the process of operation, established a mathematical model of mine crane hoisting swing, and from the actual operating conditions, used orthogonal test method to carry out the optimization design of the operating conditions of the pitch angle speed, rotation angle speed, hoisting rope length with three factors and three levels, thus determined the optimal parameter combination. The accuracy of the optimal parameter combination has been determined on the ADAMS virtual prototype platform, which can provide certain guidance for practical application.
