Research on Health Management System of Heavy-duty Mining Planetary Reducer

为实现对重载矿用行星减速器的全寿命周期健康状态管理,研发了一种矿用减速器健康管理系统。根据矿用减速器常见故障点确定工况参数监测点,建立系统的核心——基于专家系统的关键故障诊断模型。最后将该系统硬件部分与减速器集成化设计,满足井下有限空间的使用要求。

In order to achieve the life-cycle health management of the heavy-duty mining planetary reducer, a health management system for mine reducers was developed. According to the common fault points of the mine reducer, determined the monitoring points of the working conditions. Established the core of the system—key fault diagnosis model based on expert system. Finally, the hardware part of the system was integrated with the reducer to fit in the limited space in underground.
