黄河流域旅游业与资源环境协调发展实证研究

An empirical study on the coordinated development of tourism and resources environment in the Yellow River basin

黄河流域旅游资源丰富,资源环境的重要性和脆弱性高度叠加,正确认识与把握旅游业与资源环境的协调关系对黄河流域旅游业高质量发展意义重大。文中以黄河流域9省(区)为研究对象,选取2001-2017年数据,构建旅游业与资源环境耦合协调评价指标体系,运用耦合协调度模型分析黄河流域旅游业与资源环境协调发展状况。结果表明:黄河流域旅游业与资源环境耦合协调发展水平总体呈波动上升趋势,协调发展等级由低度协调转变为中度协调,旅游业与资源环境耦合协调存在明显的空间差异性,形成"黄河流域下游>黄河流域中游>黄河流域上游"的空间格局;流域内旅游业与资源环境综合水平均呈波动上升态势,二者不同时间及省区内部发展速度存在差异;基于此提出黄河流域旅游业与资源环境协调发展的对策建议。

The Yellow River Basin is rich in tourism resources,and the importance and vulnerability of resources environment are highly superimposed.It is of great significance to correctly understand and grasp the coordinated relationship between tourism and resources environment for the high-quality development of tourism in the Yellow River basin.Taking nine provinces(regions)in the Yellow River basin as the research object,evaluation index system of coupling coordination degree between tourism and resources environment from 2001 to 2017 was constructed,coupling coordination degree model was used to analyze the coordinated development of tourism and resources environment in the Yellow River basin.The results show that the coupling coordination development level of tourism industry and resources environment in the Yellow River basin presented a fluctuating upward trend as a whole,the level of coordinated development changed from low coordination to moderate coordination.There were obvious spatial differences in the coupling coordination of tourism industry and resource environment in the Yellow River basin.As a whole,the spatial pattern of"the lower reaches of the Yellow River basin>the middle reaches>the lower reaches"was formed.The evaluation level of tourism and resources environment in the Yellow River basin showed a fluctuating upward trend,and there were differences in the development speed at different time stages and within the province.Based on this,some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward for the coordinated development of tourism and resources environment in the Yellow River basin.
