摘要
以内外径尺寸相同、厚度尺寸不同的垫圈模具设计为切入点,分析了可换凸凹模冲模的可行性。摸索了一套可换凸凹模复合模的设计方案:采用标准通用模架、导向元件、定位元件和固定元件,再配以若干数量专用凸凹模组装而成。结果表明:通过更换凸凹模,实现了内外形几何尺寸相同而厚度不同的几种规格制件的加工,满足设计图要求,断面毛刺均匀;打破了一副模具只能生产一个固定尺寸制件,不同尺寸制件要重新设计制造模具的传统设计方法,缩短了模具设计制造周期。
Taking the design of gasket dies with the same inner and outer diameter dimensions and different thickness dimensions as the starting point,the feasibility of replaceable punch-matrix is analyzed.A set of design schemes for replaceable punch-matrix compound die are explored:standard universal die bases,the guide element,the positioning element and the fixing element are assembled with a number of special punch-matrix.The results show that by replacing the punch-matrix,the processing of parts with the same internal and external geometric dimensions but different thicknesses is realized,which meets the requirements of the design drawing and has uniform cross-sectional burrs;only one fixed-size part can be produced by breaking a set of die with different sizes.The traditional method of redesigning and manufacturing die for parts has shortened the die design and manufacturing cycle.
