摘要
随着科技水平不断发展,成型仿真已成为注射模开发的重要环节。注射压力是注射成型工艺中重要参数,常用来评估塑件成型性能。首先应用经验公式定性推导影响注射压力的关键因子,然后通过MoldFlow软件验证各因子对注射压力的影响,而后再通过统计理论及实际成型压力数据,找到二者规律,最终实现在模具开发前期对注射压力的精准预估。
With the continuous development of science and technology,molding simulation has become an important part of injection mold development.Pressure is an important parameter in injection molding process,which is often used to evaluate the molding performance of products.In this paper,the empirical formula is used to qualitatively deduce the key factors affecting the injection pressure,and then the MoldFlow software is used to verify the influence of each factor on the injection pressure,and then the statistical theory and the actual molding pressure data are used to find the law of the two,and finally the accurate prediction of the injection pressure before the mold development is realized.
