摘要
介绍了汽车前门B柱外饰板的注射模实用结构,论述了该模具的工作过程。该模采用针阀式热流道转冷流道大水口扇形浇口与潜伏式浇口两点进胶,一模两腔(左右件),卧式注射成型。运用NX11完成了塑件分型面设计,创新设计了由顶杆、直顶、斜顶及滑块组合而成的二次顶出的模具结构特征。借助MoldFlow2016创建了管道循环冷却系统,并对塑件填充时间、冷却效果及翘曲变形量进行模拟分析,得到合理的注射成型参数指导模具实际生产。
A practical structure was introduced on the injection mold for automobile exterior trim panel of B-pillar of front door and the working process is discussed.This mold uses valve hot runner to cold runner fan gate and sub gate,two mold cavities,horizontal injection molding.Using the NX11 completed the mold parting surface design,the innovative design by the ejector pin,ejector block,lifter and slider of secondary ejection of the mold structure characteristics.With the help of Moldflow2016,the pipeline circulation cooling system was created,and the filling time,cooling effect and warping deformation of plastic parts were simulated and analyzed,and reasonable injection molding parameters were obtained to guide the actual production of molds.
