摘要
目的分析医务人员职业紧张现状以及与职业倦怠的相关性。方法采用随机抽样方式对552名常州市各级各类医务人员进行问卷调查。用工作内容量表评价职业紧张现状,用职业倦怠MBI量表评价职业倦怠状况;应用回归分析法分析职业紧张与职业倦怠的相关性。结果常州市医务人员职业紧张度较高,职业倦怠现象较为严重。多个人口学变量对医务人员职业紧张的多个维度有显著影响,职业紧张与职业倦怠间存在显著的正相关。结论职业紧张是导致职业倦怠发生的重要因素。医疗卫生管理部门要针对目前医务人员职业紧张和职业倦怠日趋严重的现状,根据人口学特征采取积极有效的预防干预措施,以维护医务人员的身心健康和维持良好的工作状态。
Objective To analyze the current situation of medical staff's occupational stress and its correlation with occupational burnout.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 552 medical workers at various levels in Changzhou City by random sampling.The job content scale was used to evaluate the status of occupational stress,and the job burnout MBI scale was used to evaluate the status of job burnout;regression analysis was used to analyze the correlation between occupational stress and job burnout.Results The occupational stress of medical staff in Changzhou was relatively high,and the phenomenon of job burnout was more serious.Multiple demographic variables had significant effects on multiple dimensions of medical staff's occupational stress,and there was a significant positive correlation between occupational stress and job burnout.Conclusion Occupational stress is an important factor leading to occupational burnout.The medical and health management department should take active and effective preventive intervention measures based on demographic characteristics in response to the current situation of occupational stress and job burnout of medical staff in order to maintain the physical and mental health of medical staff and maintain good working conditions.
