循证理论的四手操作技能培训对口腔门诊护理带教效果的影响 被引量:4

The Influence of Evidence-based Theory of Four-handed Operation Skill Training on the Effect of Nursing Teaching in Dental Clinic

摘要 目的分析口腔门诊护理带教中应用循证理论的四手操作技能培训的价值。方法将2019年3月—2020年12月接收的58名该院口腔科实习护生纳入研究,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组29名。对照组实习护生实施常规四手操作技能培训,研究组实习护生实施循证理论四手操作技能培训。比较两组实习护生各项考核成绩、工作能力、学习积极性、综合能力、表现能力、教学满意度评分、素质能力。结果研究组实习护生论知识考核能力、临床技能操作能力高于对照组实习护生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组实习护生寻求真相能力、认知程度、求知欲、分析能力评分高于对照组实习护生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组实习护生理解能力、团队协作能力、处理能力、应变能力、沟通能力高于对照组实习护生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组实习护生护理制度、专科护理、护理流程、基础护理评分高于对照组实习护生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组实习护生自学时间、查阅资料时间长于对照组,提问次数、讨论发言次数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组实习护生对教师表现满意度评分、教学质量满意度评分、对学习氛围满意度评分、对教学方式满意度评分比对照组实习护生高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在门诊口腔科,对实习护生实施循证理论的四手操作技能培训,可有效提高实施护生专业能力,利于培养综合型人才。 Objective To analyze the value of four-handed operation skill training using evidence-based theory in oral outpatient nursing teaching.Methods The 58 nursing students who were accepted by the Department of Stomatology in the hospital from March 2019 to December 2020 were included in the study.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a research group and a control group,with 29 in each group.Nursing trainees in the control group received routine four-hand operation skills training,and interns in the research group implemented evidence-based theory four-hand operation skills training.Compared the two groups of interns in various assessment results,work ability,learning enthusiasm,comprehensive ability,performance ability,teaching satisfaction score,quality ability.Results Intern nurses in the research group were higher than those in the control group in terms of knowledge assessment ability and clinical skills operation ability,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of truth-seeking ability,cognition,curiosity,and analytical ability of the interns in the research group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comprehension ability,teamwork ability,processing ability,adaptability and communication ability of the interns in the research group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The research group's nursing system,specialty nursing,nursing process,and basic nursing scores were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of self-study and data access of the research group was longer than that of the control group,the number of questions and the number of discussion speeches were higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The research group's interns'scores on teacher performance satisfaction,teaching quality satisfaction score,learning atmosphere satisfaction score,and teaching method satisfaction scores were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the department of outpatient dentistry,the implementation of evidence-based theory of four-handed operation skills training for nurse trainees can effectively improve the professional ability of nursing students and help cultivate comprehensive talents.
