品管圈管理对门诊就诊患者就诊流程认知情况及体验满意度的应用价值分析

摘要 目的探究品管圈管理对门诊就诊患者就诊流程、认知率以及体验满意度的应用价值。方法选取2018年10月—2020年10月该院门诊就诊患者180例,随机分为对照组和研究组,各90例,对照组实施常规诊疗宣传管理模式,研究组实施品管圈宣传管理,观察两组患者就诊流程认知情况以及体验满意度。结果研究组患者在科室就诊、检查取药、挂号缴费以及办理入院等相关流程的认知程度明显高于对照组;研究组患者就诊体验满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对门诊就诊患者实施品管圈宣传管理,可达到加强患者对于就诊具体流程认知程度、提高就诊体验满意程度的效果。 Objective To explore the application value of quality control circle management on the outpatient process,cognition rate and experience satisfaction of outpatients.Methods A total of 180 patients in the outpatient department of the hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a study group with 90 cases in each group.The control group implemented the routine diagnosis and treatment publicity management model,and the study group implemented the quality control circle publicity management,observe the cognition situation and experience satisfaction of patients in the two groups.Results The patients in the study group had a higher degree of awareness of related processes such as medical treatment,examination and medicine collection,registration and payment,and admissions than the control group;patients in the study group had significantly higher medical experience satisfaction than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of quality control circle publicity management for outpatients can achieve the effect of enhancing patients'awareness of the specific procedures of medical treatment and improving the degree of satisfaction with the medical experience.
